Whilst Launceston is the perfect launching pad for exploring Tasmania’s Northwest and down into the majestic Cradle Mountain there is a lot to discover before you head off. Within a stone’s throw of the city there are a range of fantastic gems offering picturesque views, exquisite wine and excellent hospitality.

Bundaleera
Bundaleera is a boutique, family-run vineyard located on the scenic hills of Relbia, just outside Launceston, offering breathtaking views of the countryside and mountains. Spread over five acres, the vineyard provides a relaxed and authentic atmosphere where visitors can chat with the owners about the wines and daily operations. The vineyard produces a variety of wines including Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Rosé, and Sparkling.
With cellar door tastings available by appointment, Bundaleera offers a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine. Its picturesque setting and intimate approach make it a unique experience for wine lovers.
We are a small family-run vineyard with two cosy farm-stay cottages in the rolling hills of Relbia. We offer wine tastings and sales from our quaint cellar door. Come and visit us, we really enjoy sharing the fruits of our labour with you!

Sen Vineyard
Sen Vineyard, established in 2018 in the heart of the White Hills District, is perched atop a valley offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The vineyard is dedicated to producing wines with unique flavours that capture the essence of Tasmania. Its terroir, with rich loamy soils and an extended growing season, shapes the exceptional character of its wines.
The vineyard’s wines are known for their smooth, dusty tannins, creating the distinctive “White Hills Mist” signature. This captivating quality has earned Sen Vineyard a loyal following of wine enthusiasts who return each year to enjoy its special vintages.

Du Cane Brewery
Du Cane is Launceston’s first brewpub, created as a gathering place for locals, families, and outdoor adventurers to celebrate Tasmania’s outdoor culture. The venue features a woodfired pizza oven and offers food made from local, nutritious ingredients.
Tasmanian-brewed beer by Launceston’s Will Horan complements the fresh, locally-sourced meals. With fun, playful spaces, Du Cane fosters a communal atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day in nature or planning the next adventure.
